  • Clients may request cancellation of a project within 48 hours of initial payment and project kick-off. A full refund will be processed minus any administrative or processing fees.

  • Cancellations after the initial 48-hour window will be subject to a review of work completed. Fees will be deducted based on hours or deliverables already rendered.

b. Subscription-Based Services (e.g., SaaS)

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services within the billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.


2. Return Policy (For Physical Products, if applicable)

If your purchase includes hardware or any physical products:

  • You may return physical items within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories.
